I absolutely love this palette – the colours, the pigmentation, the shade selection, everything about it! 😍 The only thing that disappointed me was that the palette arrived damaged. The package was covered in eyeshadow from the broken shade, which was really frustrating. That’s the only reason I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars.

The pallete I received, black pan had smashed during transit. I emailed and showed the video requested. I was given a £3 credit or told I send the pallet back and receive a potentially more damaged one. As the pigment that had broke was black the particles have traveled over the other colour and all over the pallet itself. I have ordered had many eyeshadow pallets from other brands and this has never happened. Very disappointed with the packaging (only a thin bubble wrap pouch in a larger box) and the constumer service.

Poor customer service. I pre-ordered this palette and waited so patiently for it to arrive only for it to arrive damaged. Two pans in the palette are broken/crushed and spilled dark eyeshadow all over the palette. I reached out to customer service with photos and was offered a $5 credit for the one pan they initially saw… When I declined their offer, and sent the video proof they requested they then offered a $10 credit for the two pans. I want what I ordered and paid for, that’s it. It’s been very difficult to simply get a replacement even after offering to ship back the damaged product. I’m lost.

requiring a video in a format that can be received via email is a ridiculous demand on a customer. I tried sending it several different ways money of which worked. Then your suggestion was that I find someone to help me send it. I shouldn't have to enlist a whole IT team to send you a video of something I sent you several photos of. Your customer service department was difficult to contact to begin with. my pallet has broken eyeshadow with black dust all over it when I pulled it out if the box and ive given up on resolving it. I pre-ordered the other XXL pallet and I hope its not messed up when I receive it but my experience leaves never wanting to purchase from your company again. I will also not be recommending you to several of my friends who shared my excitement in your large pallets.
