Got a gorgeous pl packaging box as my girls pressies won't fit in the stunning gift boxes I got them .
First arrived damaged and torn but no hesitation in sending another out arrived perfectly thank goodness.
Arrived damaged. I contacted customer service via email before ordering the empty shipping box and they said to me it would arrive flat packed to ensure safe delivery and that I would need to build it up. It arrived built up and damaged to the point it can’t be used. Was told to return with no offer of a replacement. Terrible service considering I spent near enough £200 in a week with them. Will not order again which is a shame.

It is so strange because I thought an empty box would be amazing to put gifts together & when I looked on main website, they were for sale.
These are an amazing buy as the bundles & sales are so good, you can stock up for gifts and distribute with a sealed box.
